About EPLP
Epiphany Perpetuity Limited Partnership (EPLP) has a focus on obtaining long-term and stable holdings. The partnership offers investors the opportunity to dive into the commercial and industrial real estate world, while offering a hands-off ownership experience.
EPLP began in 2019 when the General Partners began amalgamating their existing properties into a partnership. From there they built up equity and cash to buy more assets outside of the group. Now, they’re expanding reach and acquiring new assets along the way. The end result is a partnership that gives investors the ability to be a part of something that may not have been attainable to them as an individual.
Our team is dedicated to building a well-diversified real estate portfolio that generates high-yielding returns for our investors. We believe in collective advancement, transparency, and challenging the status quo. Our team is experienced in project management and strategic & financial analysis. Through our resourcefulness and persistence, we have a track record of finding acquisition opportunities both on and off market.
The partnership will target an 8-10% overall return on investments with 6% paid out using a flexible distribution option.
